Dave and his superb architect and construction team designed and built a gorgeous 3-season porch for us. We can’t say enough good things about Dave and his team. We obtained numerous bids for this project prior to speaking with Dave, and no bids after meeting him. Ligman Construction was clearly the outfit we wanted. We initially found Dave’s bid to be extremely fair and ultra-transparent; we knew precisely what we would be paying for. We loved the architect’s design and are most grateful that we followed his thoughtful and creative recommendations. As our plans changed or as prices changed (lumber prices were an issue at the time) during the build, Dave proved to be very flexible and was quick to present us with construction and pricing updates. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with Dave and his team. Dave is a very nice, very friendly, very conscientious, and very honest, hard-working professional with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to his work. We took him up on multiple suggestions he made to us during the building process. Dave’s team was equally skilled and very hard-working experts at their crafts. The entire process proceeded very smoothly and we absolutely love our new porch, enjoying it nearly every day.
