Ligman Construction is not just flipping a house with a fresh coat of paint.  This is a full-gut rehab!  The only remnants of the existing home will be the original poured concrete basement, brick façade, floor joists and support beams to support your new home.
 
Ligman Construction will be partnering with Studio One Architects for the 5th time in four years to design a brand-new floor plan and layout to maximize the functionality of the square footage.  The new home is estimated to be 4BR/2.5BTH with ~3,100 square feet.  The new design will result in a 0.5 bathroom open floor plan layout on the first floor with the original fireplace intact.  The brand new second floor will have four bedrooms including a master suite with a walk-in closet / master bathroom and a hall bathroom.  The original basement will be prepped for functional use and would be eligible to finish subsequent to the sale. In addition, we will “refresh the extra deep, detached two car garage, and build a brand new back porch.
